The bodies of the association

As provided by law, the DRACONES Association operates through three bodies: the Assembly of Members, the Board of Directors, and the President.

Assembly of Members

The Assembly is the heart of the Association and consists of all active members. Its role is to approve the activity program and the financial forecast for the following year, as well as the final financial statement and the report on activities carried out.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors organizes the association’s activities and manages its budget. The main role of the Board is to make strategic, administrative, and economic decisions to ensure the proper functioning of the association, all in compliance with the Statute and social objectives. Members are elected by the members, and in turn, the Board elects the President and Vice President.
